Climate change is a mammoth beast, full of sound and fury, signifying much. It is a mirror for humanity. Do we dare look upon it?

Facing this beast reveals such complexity that knowing how and where to start can be overwhelming.

A simple graphic of climate action cores can shine a light forward as we seek to solve the riddle of the beast. The order of the cores helps us prioritize our climate actions: consider, prevent, conserve, restore.

Core #1: Consider

Let’s begin at the beginning, and simply consider the subject of climate change. What can we learn from the mountains of scientific research? How has this research been received and understood by individuals and the various groups that compose our society? What actions have resulted? Which actions have contributed to progress, and which have hindered it? Which climate change solutions are most likely to be effective now and going forward? How much time do we have to solve the rising tsunami of climate change?
